Last week we worked with a wonderful team of professionals on the Celebrating in Style Event. The event was held at Two Paper Dolls studio in Wayne and we worked with Eclatante Event Design on transforming the offices into event space. Our mission along with Two Paper Dolls and Eclatante was to create several unique party looks within THE party to show the diversity of the events we do. Mike Kehr photography took all of these photos for us.
As you first entered the space you were treated to a Floral Design workshop. We wanted to make the event interactive so guests got to learn tips and see two incredible pieces being made throughout the evening. One piece was a large silver bowl filled with white and green flowers(white hydrangea, white kale, green roses, cedar and more) and holiday ornaments. The other piece was a large urn filled with branches and a mixed arrangement of green and white flowers.
Moving further into the space you entered into the Holiday Dinner Party Room. A garland of dusty miller (artimesia), seeded eucalyptus and cedar was placed in each of the windows along with a variety of silver mercury candleholders. The greyish silver of the the dusty miller looked great against all of the greens.

The long table arrangement was a combination of dusty miller, silver cedar, green dianthus, white kale, white hydrangea, white roses and white spray roses. This long table “runner” was the perfect floral piece for a dinner table where you would to be able to talk easily across the table to your guests. The mercury candleholders added a nice accent. The dishes were perfect with their floral pattern in green.

Next up a fabulous wine tasting area compliments of Frank’s Wine which was paired with delicious cheeses and figs provided by Provence Catering.

Love love the floral combinations we did in these boxes (the most amazing peonies, rich purple phlox, purple stock, wine colored yarrow, dahlias and amaranthus) for a rich wine country feel.

I love the wood look candles that we placed on wood cuttings. They were a great accent to the food on the table along with the wood boxes of amazing rich wine colored flowers. Cards were created by Two Paper Dolls which identified all of the cheeses.

Continuing further down the hallway, you entered the baby shower room. I love the color palette of this room…yellow, grey and white. Laura Novak created photographed and had made this wonderful baby wall hanging.
We used a variety of milk glass containers from my personal collection and filled them with a variety of flowers..craspedia balls, dusty miller, dahlias and brunia berries. I love mixing a variety of different shape and size containers together. It makes the whole look more unique and special. Look at how pretty the presents look in coordinating colored paper.
More photos of this incredible event will follow later this week.
