Welcome to a fresh new week, blog friends! This week we’re all about one of our very favorite things- RUFFLES! There’s something absolutely bewitching about ruffles. They’re so simple and yet such a powerful design element. A simple flat two dimensional surface is given a little bit of a gather on one side and BAM all of the sudden you have dimension!
