Concrete, graffiti, and intense lighting…. follow the red carpet and welcome to the Ten2Ten Club! For this Bar Mitzvah, we created an extremely urban underground scene within the Philadelphia Country Club. Trust me, when you see the finished product, you will have no idea it was in their formal ballroom! We planned and executed this event from start to finish and the pictures do a magnificent job of showing that not a detail was forgotten on our journey to creating the ultimate guest experience.
As guests arrived, they walked the red carpet and were greeted and escorted past the velvet rope. Guests then found their VIP Access Passes and at the end of cocktail hour, the club door opened. Assuming they were granted admission by the bouncer, they walked into the street-side “club” facade we created and were transported into the ultimate party experience.
Each large square leather table had its own color scheme and featured varying centerpieces created from concrete, metal pipes, wire, and neon lighting. In true club style, an enormous truss structure was built over the dance floor and featured a plethora of intelligent light fixtures that were constantly swirling all across the room and stage throughout the evening. Our good friends at Eventions were on hand throughout the evening to control the lighting — it constantly changed and intensified as the party went on! The Eddie Bruce Band rocked the night in front of a three dimensional metallic backdrop called a “Pillow Wall”. Guests danced the night away and took full advantage of the light-up dance floor sections in front of the stage. The Ten2Ten Club may have been “One Night Only”… but I guarantee the guests are dying to go back!
