Philadelphia Cricket Club Wedding-Laura and Kyle (Part Two)

For Laura and Kyle’s Wedding at the Philadelphia Cricket Club we used the main ballroom and also the tent to seat the guests. We need the additional tent to accomodate the 350+ guests attending the September Wedding.

Beautiful Blooms Events designed and planned Laura and Kyle’s Wedding and this was one very very happy client.

We wanted the tent to have an inviting warm feel to it and not to look too white. Keeping this in minds we incorporated different size navy paper lanterns in the ceiling. The navy lanterns and the navy matte satin linens really worked beautifully together to enclose the large space.

For Laura and Kyle’s wedding we designed a place card wall! We wanted to do something truly unique so we created a freestanding wall.  On either side of the wall we hung silver frames which were filled with purple velvet. We then pinned all of the place cards inside of the frames.  Two Paper Dolls created all of the stationery for this wedding.

Every place card had a pink crystal on it and we attached each card to the purple velvet lining with a silver head pin.

On the very last frame we attached the Bride and Groom’s invitation so everyone could view again how beautifully it was designed.

The cocktail hour was held inside and outside of the venue and the weather was just incredible! Laura and Kyle’s specialty drink was the Honeymooner.

The Eagles Pep Band were so much fun and added an unexpected touch to the cocktail hour.

My brother Robert and I got to spend some time together which was really fun. He came down from Colorado for the family wedding.

The Father of the Bride is flanked by his two sisters (my Mom and my Aunt).

I love this photo of my dad and I and it will be one a treasure forever. Having the whole family together for Laura and Kyle’s Wedding was really special.

As I entered the Ballroom I heard “Wow” and “Amazing” from almost every guest that entered the room. They were taken in by all of the colors and the details that were designed for the Wedding by Beautiful Blooms Events.

To create a unique design for the wedding we incorporated long, square and round tables and designed three different table top looks.  We choose silver chavari chairs with rich purple cushions to accent the rich navy linens. We completed the tablescape  with a silver snakeskin charger plate and plum tinted drinking flute.

The luxurious arrangement shown above was placed on a gorgeous silver mercury vase. We designed the arrangements with a mix of  hydrangea, stock, roses, delphinium, astilbe and dahlias all accented with dripping crystals in clear and deep amethyst. The base of the arrangement was accented with silver mercury votive cups.

On the rectangle tables we placed this reflective mirrored container down the center filled with an amazing mix of magenta, purple, green and deep red flowers. The table was accented with square glass cubes filled with purple floating candles.

Every place setting received chocolates in these petite white boxes tied with navy blue ribbon.

Our third tablescape included three mirrored cube vases filled with flowers and  interspersed with cut crystal candle holders and pink pillar candles.  I love the way the colors jump off the navy table linen.

I love the chair backs we designed for the bride and groom made from a mix of orchids and hanging amaranthus.

A gobo was designed to match the place card wall with the frame motif.

The cake was designed by Truli Confectionery and it was just beautiful with this floral pattern placed on the tiers in navy and accented with these large pink garden roses.  We accented the base of the cake with clusters of flowers including beautiful purple vanda orchids.

The cake was placed on a mirrored stand and surrounded by lush groupings of rose petals, rose heads and gorgeous mokara orchid blooms!

The tent was breathtaking with the burst of color creating the warm ambiance.  These paper lanterns and uplighting really created a beautiful feeling as guests entered the tent.

As the guests got settled it was time to do the announcements.

The Ring Bearer and Flower Girls are having some fun with their magical floral wands while they wait to be announced. Isn’t his ring pillow amazing all made out of mini mums accented with rhinestone details.

Robert (Cousin of the Bride) gives Laura an air kiss!

After dinner the guests enjoyed wedding cake and the dessert station which was set with a million types of Italian Desserts!

The guests danced the night away  and afterwards were treated to an incredible firework display!

Rhinestone embellished flip flops were the perfect finishing touch for the Bridesmaids tired feet.

The fireworks were a complete to The Bride and Groom! What an amazing end to an incredible wedding with all the details!
