Beautiful Blooms

We design parties and celebrations for our social and corporate clients every day and we love it! When I, and of course my wonderful team, decide to throw a Holiday party we go all out!

THE REASON-It’s the Holidays and we want to celebrate with friends!

THE VENUE-Beautiful Blooms Events’ space (inside and outside on Liberties Walk in Northern Liberties). Tu Belleza had just opened their new space next to us and graciously allowed us to use their space too.

THE FOOD-Feast Your Eyes Catering The food was just delicious and their new space divine!

THE PHOTOGRAPHERS-We were lucky enough to have three photographers that helped us that day.  Geoffrey Horowitz, Mike Kehr , Marie Labbancz They are all amazing so please check out their individual websites. We thank them all for their incredible shots of the party.

THE MUSIC-Elan Artists

There are many more wonderful vendors that helped with the party but a girl has to keep some secrets!  That’s why you come to Eclatante Event Design for their amazing resources, talent and taste level.  Of course you already know that Beautiful Blooms offers beautiful decor and floral designs.

It was a rainy night in November when the holiday party was thrown but over 250 turned out for the big event!  We had the rain covered though as these wonderful round ottomans had umbrellas over them so our guests could take cover. We also provided red and white polar fleece blankets so our guests could wrap themselves in them.  These wonderful wire cages were created by the beautiful blooms team and accented with the most amazing graffitti anthiriums (beautiful red/white splatter paint look with an orange stamen). I LOVE THEM!

The boutique stayed open so that guests could place their Thanksgiving Flower orders or shop early for the holidays! As you can see our color theme for the party was red and white!

We set up small fireplaces where guests could melt their own marshmallows and then create their smores! YUMMY!  I have to say I had more than just one.

Speaking of food….I don’t drink coffee but I love hot chocolate. Feast ur Eyes had worked with us to create a hot chocolate bar with white and dark chocolate hot cocoa and they made homemade marshmallows.

They also made these red and white red velvet cupcakes! Okay so I skip straight to the dessert.

Inside of one of the rooms was the Raw Bar. Beautiful presentation and a great selection of food. The ice sculpture had a clean sleek look. No swans here.

Hot Santa was our gift to the ladies and some of the men at the party.  His upper body was painted with his white tee shirt and suspenders.  He looked amazing and everyone had good fun telling Santa what they wanted for the holidays.  I even joined in the fun.

Our guests took photos of themselves home as a keepsake.

The band was phenomenal and got the guests dancing all night long! They were positioned in our workshop space and it worked out perfectly.  We love how this space can be used for anything. We’ve rented it for baby showers, bridal showers, etc.

Our party had a variety of specialty drinks that fit with our holiday theme.  In addition to these two listed here we also had “adult” milkshakes in two flavors.  As you can imagine these were a huge hit!

A variety of “hot” food was served for our guests to savor.

This arrangement color blocked in red and white in the silver bowl added impact to the table. It was a wonderful combination of red roses, white roses, white hydrangea and red branches. Lots of candlelight added a warm glowy feel to the table.

Guests flowed from both sides of the walk into all of our spaces and they got to experience something different at each location. I love that the guests got to be involved with different decor, taste new food, enjoy specialty drinks, hear new music and even to have their photo taken.  They also got to experience a fashion show showcasing Claudia Seyler’s new makeup line called “TU”.
