Happy Saturday!
Every year at this time, I realize how lucky I am to be so close to my mother. I think she is the reason I am always striving for perfection at Beautiful Blooms. She is one of the most talented people I know and I am so lucky that some of that rubbed off on me. My mom sews to perfection….she cooks like a gourmet and has a green thumb. I remember nights when she was sewing curtains and just wasn’t happy with the way the stitching looked…she would pull all of the stitches out and start over. Recently she was diagnosed with cancer but they caught it in time and I am so so grateful. I can’t imagine my life without my mom. She is an amazing woman and when she comes to Philadelphia she loves to join us on site to set up events.
I am a pretty private person but I thought I’d share a photo of my mom and dad who are truly two amazing people. I am so lucky they are in my life. I will rave about dad when Father’s Day comes around. I don’t want him to feel left out.
